Seven Genre Bible Reading Plan: All genres of Scripture every day through the course of the calndar year

At the start of the New Year, we present our Seven Genre Bible Reading Plan which takes us through each of the Biblical genres every day—Pentateuch, Histories, Wisdom Literature (Psalms/Proverbs 2x + Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon), Prophets, Gospels and Epistles.

In this way, we encounter through the course of a single day the wisdom and counsel from each genre of Holy Scripture in a longitudinal fashion such that in 52 weeks we work through the entirety of the OT and NT.

We present this here in a downloadable file (below) as, to our knowledge, it exists nowhere else.

The writings of all of the remainder of our site, from the Desert and Cappadocian Fathers to the Church Fathers to the medieval writings up to the modern age, flow out of and are subsidiary to the Word written.
